(WISH) — A Madison County Sheriff's Department deputy was involved in a shootout early Friday morning, according to Indiana State Police. Just after 12 a.m., state police detectives were sent to the area near 5th Street and Jackson Street in Anderson to investigate an officer involved shooting.
